Refunds & Exchanges
We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.
If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your contact details, the receipt details and your best description of the fault. Photographs add welcome detail.
Where you wish to negotiate a change of mind return we may at our discretion do so with the charge of a 20% restock fee.
I will process your order within 2 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow from 2 to 5 days for delivery domestically.
I do not ship internationally.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Event/workshop Tickets sold for a specific date can not be cancelled. We welcome you transfering them to another person in the case that you can not make it. If we are holding a waiting list and you cancel in time to engage a replacement person we can handle this with an admin charge of 5% or $8 whichever is the lesser.
Proposed workshops are not confirmed until payment is received.
Event/workshop tickets sold with unspecified dates can often have the appointment to use them adjusted. Here is the breakdown;
- With more than 24 hours notice the booking can be changed
- up to 24 hours of notice the booking and your event voucher is redeemed. You are welcome to negotiate to send another person in your place. Also, I may at my own discretion issue a similar voucher endorsed “standby” so you could join another workshop at a later date when a space is available.
- ‘no-shows’ forfeit their voucher/ticket
I do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in the case of an emergency.
Covid Alert Level Policy: Where Palmerston North/Manawatu is under alert level 2, 3, or 4 a full refund is offered for your cancelled ticket. At your discretion you may exchange it for vouchers, products or tickets for a different date.
Vouchers that are sold or issued with an endorsement of “Standby” can be redeemed for workshops or events described when a vacancy is not taken up by a full fee-paying participant. Standby vacancies will be offered within the last few days of any event/workshop to which they apply.
